There are plenty of public transportation access to the university. If you are driving, the best place to park is in the Casual/Standard parking area (map location R12), this is ticketed parking.

WHEN: 1st to 3rd October (NSW Labour Day long weekend)
  Arrive 8am - 9am
WHERE: Camp Coutts, Waterfall NSW.
  Pick-up from Waterfall train station at 8:45am
  (please indicate on your registration form that you are taking public transportation and be sure to arrive at Waterfall train station before 8:45am as we only have one pick-up time)

Brother Phap Lu (Le Van), Dharma Teacher at Plum Village in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. He is a former Medical Acupuncturist, graduated from Poitier Medical School, France.

Brother Phap Lieu (Leo), Dharma Teacher at Plum Village in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. He is a former Cardiologist, graduated from Montpelliers and Poitier Medical School, France.

This holistic retreat aims to revitalise the body and mind. In addition to the traditional daily mindfulness practice in the Plum Village tradition, the retreat incorporates Tai-Chi, Qi-Gong, Stick exercise, as well as switching to a simple nutritious diet to maximise the process of purification.
